Anthony Michaud

Anthony has been involved in the real estate industry for 20+years of his professional career. The last 10+ years he has spent identifying value add assets in emerging markets for his company HandKraft Property Investments, purchasing them and adding them to his portfolio or exiting for returns. He currently is GP on several development projects totaling over 500 units and $125M. He has participated in anything from new construction to rehabbing gutted buildings. Prior to his CRE investments, he was the Senior VP of a mortgage banking firm. He was responsible for the secondary markets selling securities to Wall Street, Fulfillment, Operations, Underwriting, Processing and Technology. He brings his vast knowledge of commercial real estate in Funds, Construction Management and Finance Structure. He also owns Handkraft Construction and has rental property throughout the Philadelphia area.
